This page more or less covers my other interests in aviation. Whenever it is possible and they are within reasonable range I try to attend airshows or visit aviation museums. The “reasonable” range has decreased in the last couple of years from across the Atlantic to Germany+neighbouring countries. One of the most spectacular events are the National Championship Airraces in Reno, Nevada. In 1992 I had my first encounter with the “Bear” there. See the Air Racing page for details.
